Brain Bath is a longer, slower arc for when your attention needs room to settle. Light, sound, and vibration give the mind somewhere else to go while the session creates space around the noise.
The session is shaped around your intention and the sensory layers that fit. It is not a performance. There is no right way to experience it, and no belief required.
