Relax & Revive is a curated 90-minute journey combining four of our most effective technologies, guided frequency journey, stroboscopic light, vibroacoustic sound, and (optional) integration meditation. The arc is built specifically for coherence and relaxation, not stimulation.

Why 90 minutes vs. 60?

The extra 30 minutes is where the body actually relaxes. The first 30–40 minutes are the body letting go; the last 50 are where the regulation work happens. Reboot at 60 minutes is great, but Relax & Revive gives the nervous system enough time to fully drop in before the journey starts.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set intentions, journal lightly. Avoid heavy meals 60–90 minutes before. Arrive hydrated and rested. Block at least 2 hours total, the post-session re-entry is part of the experience.

How safe is this?

Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
