Reboot is the full version of the work in 60 minutes, long enough for the nervous system to actually unclench, short enough to fit a real Tuesday. Stroboscopic light on the BLISSpod, paired with curated music, paired with optional HRV-guided meditation at the top.

This is the session most clients book after their first Serenity. It's the one that opens up the deeper visual phenomena, the slower breath, the felt sense that something actually shifted. The starting line for the practice.

Is one Reboot enough, or do I need multiple?

One is enough to feel the shift. Multiple build resilience. Most clients book a single Reboot to start, then opt for the System Reset Special, three Reboots, $270, once they know they want the practice. The first session shows you the door; the next three put your body on the other side of it.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested. Many regulars block 90 minutes total, 60 for the session, 30 to soften the re-entry.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
