Most curated playlists get saved and forgotten. The Music Discovery Program is the antidote, one playlist per week, delivered with a short note explaining the state it's designed for, when in the day to use it, and one small reflection prompt. Four weeks, four states, one nervous system getting a little more regulated.

It's free, it's email-only, and it's paced. No app to download, no portal to log into, just a single email each week with a Spotify link and a few sentences of context. Designed for people who like a guided path instead of a content firehose.

What do I get exactly?

Four emails over four weeks. Each contains: a Spotify link to that week's playlist, a short note about the nervous-system state it's designed for, when in the day to use it, and one reflection prompt. That's it, no upsell sequence, no daily emails, no app.

What are the benefits?

Paced practice beats binge content. Spreading the four playlists over four weeks gives your nervous system time to associate each one with a state, instead of jumbling them into background music.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

There are no safety considerations for music-based home practice. Use conversational volume.
