Good Vibes For Two is a shared sound and vibration journey for couples or close friends, BLISSpod, vibroacoustic vest, curated music, without the stroboscopic light layer. This is the session to book when one of you is light-sensitive, when you've already done the visual journey on a previous visit, or when the day just calls for eyes-closed work.

Every note and resonance is crafted for a unique sensory experience. Without the light layer, the soundscape gets more dimensional and the bodies get more room to settle into each other's regulated nervous system.

Sometimes the closest thing to intimacy is the same music landing in two bodies at once.

Why no stroboscopic light?

Some clients are light-sensitive, migraine-prone, photophobic, post-concussive, or simply don't want flickering visuals. Good Vibes For Two removes the light layer so the session is purely sound and vibration. Both of you get more time inside the music with nothing in the way.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Vibroacoustic is generally problem-free, but is not recommended for people with pacemakers, recent surgeries, deep vein thrombosis, or first-trimester pregnancy. Without the stroboscopic light layer, this session is safe for clients with photosensitive epilepsy or glaucoma.
