A 45-minute Good Vibes sound and vibration session at the Denver Zen Den

Sound on the body. Music in the air. No flicker.

All the body, none of the light.

Good Vibes is a 45-minute sound and vibration journey on the BLISSpod with our vibroacoustic vest, paired with curated music you help shape. The stroboscopic light is intentionally absent, this session is engineered for clients who are light-sensitive, migraine-prone, or just don't want a visual layer on a given day.

What replaces the light is more time inside the music. The result is somatic without being intense, and deeply relaxing without losing dimension.

When the eyes need to stay closed, the body can still be moved.

In forty-five minutes.

Each session is customized to the client. This is the outline.

When light isn't on the menu.

Less ideal if: you want the visual phenomena that come from the stroboscopic light, Good Vibes intentionally skips that layer. For the full sensory stack, try Reboot (60 min) or Quantum (120 min).

Why no stroboscopic light?

Some clients are light-sensitive, migraine-prone, post-concussive, photophobic, or just don't want flickering visuals that day. Good Vibes removes that layer entirely so the session is purely sound and vibration. You can always add stroboscopic light back via Reboot or Quantum on a future visit.

What are the benefits?

Reduced stress and anxiety, improved breathing and blood flow, better creativity and inspiration, better sleep, pain relief, improved focus, trauma release, self-love, nervous system reset, faster recovery. The lack of visual stimulation often means people fall asleep more easily here than in other sessions.

How do I prepare?

Get internally curious, set some intentions, do some light journaling before you come in. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes before. Hydrate well.

How safe is this?

Vibroacoustic is generally problem-free, but is not recommended for people with pacemakers, recent surgeries, deep vein thrombosis, or first-trimester pregnancy. Without the light layer, Good Vibes is safe for clients with photosensitive epilepsy or glaucoma.

When you're ready.

Good Vibes is whole on its own. When stroboscopic light feels right, these are the sessions that add it:

Eyes closed. Body open.

Forty-five minutes of pure sound and vibration. The session for when the rest of life is too bright.
