The Professional Team Experience is a 90-minute group sensory journey designed for executive teams, founders, and leadership groups. Up to four people share the same light and sound field, building team connections, enhancing emotional intelligence, and improving resilience against workplace stress without flying anyone anywhere.

Most team-building work asks people to perform vulnerability. This work asks the opposite: the technology regulates the nervous system, and the team-building happens in the room afterwards, automatically. By the time you debrief, you're already in a different shared state.

Can we book this as an offsite or workshop?

Yes. Many teams book this as a half-day offsite component, the 90-minute session, a debrief over lunch, then the afternoon for strategic conversation that benefits from the shared regulated state. We can scope a longer engagement; contact us to discuss.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. For team bookings: any participant with contraindications should be disclosed in advance so we can adjust the experience accordingly.
