Can solo parents book this?

Yes. The session is configured for two on the BLISSpod, but solo parents are welcome and the second seat just stays empty. Some solo parents prefer this; the room holds you with full attention. You also have the option to bring a friend, a sibling, or your co-parent.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Cacao contains MAOIs and stimulants, disclose any heart conditions or psychiatric medications.
