Morning Magic is the activation playlist, the one we put on during morning sessions, morning preparation, morning anything. Designed for the part of the day where energy should rise, but not spike. The goal is regulation, not rocket fuel.

Used as the Week 1 anchor in our 4-Week Music Discovery Program, but also great standalone, just save and play.

Is this the same playlist used in-session?

Same curation team, similar sonic palette. The in-session music is custom-paired with light and vibration in ways that don't translate to home listening, but the public playlist is built from the same source. If Morning Magic at home lands, an in-room session will too.

What are the benefits?

Morning regulation extends into the workday, calmer baseline, slower reactivity, easier transitions. Most people notice the shift by day three of consistent use.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

None applicable for music-only practice. Keep volume conversational.
