What we cover in the call.

The call is structured to be useful even if we don't end up partnering. We learn about your work, your client base, the gaps you're trying to fill or amplify. You learn what the Zen Den modalities actually do in practice (not in marketing copy), what partnership looks like in real numbers, and which of the six shapes, if any, fits your shape of practice.

Before you book.

What if I'm not sure I'm a fit?

Book the call anyway. We're transparent about misfit, if we can't help, we'll say so on the call and often point you to a different practitioner or organization that's a better match. The thirty minutes is useful either way.

What are the benefits?

Clarity. By the end of the call, you'll know whether partnership makes sense, which shape fits, and what the realistic numbers and timelines look like. No follow-up sales sequence.

How do I prepare?

Have your current offerings list and 1–2 sample client profiles ready. Skim the six partnership shapes beforehand so we can spend the call on fit, not framework.

What happens after the call?

If there's a fit, we send a written next step within two business days, usually a proposal, a pilot scope, or an introduction to the right person on our side. If there isn't, we tell you on the call.
