Guide ApplicationDeeper than partnership

Guide sessions.
In the room. With us.

The Zen Den Guide path is for facilitators ready to train on our modality stack and run sessions inside the Zen Den itself, not as a partner running a separate practice, but as part of our delivery team.

Application to become a Zen Den session guide

Trained on the stack. Held by the team. Inside the room.

Partnership and Guide are different paths.

If partnership is about your practice being augmented by our tools, the Guide path is the inverse, your practice becoming part of how the Zen Den itself delivers. You learn the full modality stack (light, sound, vibration, biofeedback, VR), get trained on the Zen360 Portal as a facilitator-side tool, and start running sessions under the Zen Den banner.

For most facilitators, the partnership call is the right starting point. The Guide path is the right fit when the modalities are central to what you want to do, not just an add-on.

Selection is intentional, we limit cohorts to maintain training quality and brand consistency. Application doesn't guarantee admission.

Partnership is augmentation. Guide is integration.

What the Guide path includes.

Each session is customized to the client. This is the outline.

Right fit if you're…

Less ideal if: you mainly want our tools added to your own practice, the partnership path is faster and lower-commitment. Guide is the longer, deeper option.

Resume, certifications, and one written page on why this fit

Before you book.

What's the application process?

Three steps: a written application (background, certifications, why this fit), a 60-minute video conversation with our team, and a half-day in-person session at the Zen Den so we can experience each other in practice. From there, we make a cohort decision.

What are the benefits?

Team integration, modality mastery, brand affiliation, ongoing peer development, and an offering you can't replicate alone with off-the-shelf tools.

How do I prepare the application?

Three things: resume, current certifications, and a written page on why the modalities are central, not adjacent, to where your work is going. The written page is the part that matters most to us.

What about safety training?

The cohort covers full modality safety protocols and contraindication screening (photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, first-trimester pregnancy). You'll be certified on these before running solo client sessions.
