Join us for an exciting 7-week program designed to complement the insights and journey of the book Calling In The One. The book asks you to clear what's in the way of receiving partnership. This journey gives the body somewhere to actually do that clearing.

Most of the patterns that block relational partnership live in the body before they live in the mind. Sessions of stroboscopic light, vibroacoustic sound, and biofeedback help dislodge old somatic loops, the contractions, the freeze, the over-functioning, that keep the work in the book from fully landing.

Each week pairs with a chapter or stage in the book. You bring the homework, we hold the somatic container. By week seven, the integration tends to be doubled, the head knows, and the body now matches.

What the heart wants to receive, the body has to first be willing to let in.

Less ideal if: you haven't read the book and don't plan to, the journey still works, but a lot of its structure pulls from the book's framework. Heart Opener or Heart Break Mending might be a better starting point.

Before you book.

Do I need to have finished the book?

No. Many people start the journey and the book at the same time, doing them in parallel. The 7-week structure works equally well if you're reading along, have already finished, or are revisiting the material years later. We meet you at whatever stage.

What are the benefits?

Understanding of relational dynamics, actionable steps towards love, enhanced relationship skills. Plus general benefits, reduced stress, better sleep, nervous system reset, which significantly support relational availability.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
