Heart Break Mending is a personalized multi-session journey crafted to use supportive technology in mending a broken heart. The body holds heartbreak whether or not the mind has language for it. This journey works on the body first.

Each session is tailored to where you are right now, the early shock, the in-between numbness, the slow rebuild. We use stroboscopic light, vibroacoustic sound, cacao when appropriate, and the time the technology buys you to actually feel what's been pushed underground.

Pairs naturally with talk therapy if you have one. The work here is somatic, what the body needs to release before the talking can land. The full journey is structured for the person, not the timeline; talk to us to scope yours.

How many sessions does the journey take?

It depends. We scope this in an intake conversation. A typical arc is 4 to 8 sessions over 6 to 12 weeks, with the cadence tuned to what your nervous system is asking for. Some people stay weekly; some space out as the work deepens. You're not committing to a fixed program upfront.

What are the benefits?

Improved coping strategies, emotional healing and resilience, a renewed sense of hope and positivity. The body learns it's safe to soften again. The shifts often hold longer than the heartbreak does.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
