Is there any pressure to book a session after the call?

No. The point of the call is to give you the right next step, even if that step isn't us. Sometimes we recommend waiting. Sometimes we recommend a clinician or ceremonial container we trust. Sometimes we recommend a session, and sometimes the cheapest one rather than the most comprehensive. We're a small studio playing a long game.

What are the benefits?

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.
