The integration
is where the magic is.

A single session for landing what came up during a recent medicine experience. One-on-one integration conversation, then the technology that holds it.

A Psychedelic Integration session at the Denver Zen Den

After the journey.

We support clients using plant medicines and other emerging modalities to help integrate their journeys. The integration is where the actual change happens, the journey itself is the catalyst, but the body has to catch up to what the mind glimpsed.

Let us help you get the most out of your peak experience. The session combines a one-on-one integration conversation with our technology, stroboscopic light, vibroacoustic sound, and music you choose, so what came up during the journey has somewhere to land in the body, not just the head.

Best of all, the Denver Zen Den can be used to continue the exploration regularly without using any medicine. Each session is always customized to the client. If you're unsure whether this fits, book a free discovery call first.

The door opened by medicine still has to be walked through.

What the session includes.

Each session is customized to the client. This is the outline.

When to book.

Less ideal if: you're seeking medicine itself, we don't provide it. Also less ideal if you're in acute psychiatric crisis; please connect with a clinician for that first, then come here.

Before you book.

How soon after a journey should I come?

There's no one answer. Some people come within 48 hours, the experience is still vivid and the body needs containment. Others come 2-4 weeks later, after the initial integration has happened on its own. Others come months out, when something from the journey is still trying to find its place. All are valid.

What are the benefits?

Deeper integration of recent peak experiences, somatic landing for what the mind glimpsed, reduced post-journey anxiety, clearer insight into what the experience was pointing toward, and the body's regulation skills strengthening to hold future work better.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.

How safe is this?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you're on MAOIs/SSRIs or have any psychiatric medication interactions to consider, disclose them.
